This is the classic mockumentary by Woody Allen. I liked it, but I wish I had seen it when it was released, before I had seen any of the Christopher Guest movies. It just couldn't hold my interest and I was definitely watching the numbers tick up on the DVD player.
Thankfully, as I was explaining to my roommate, I love Woody Allen and I love that you can see almost all of his movies. It is nice to be able to see such a large body of work by one person, especially when it is so varied. Granted his humor rarely changes, but there are definitely specific types of movies he creates. Nonetheless, this movie added to my knowledge of Mr. Allen and for that it was worth the 80 minutes.
