There is something to be said for the days when you begin with three scrambled eggs and two pieces of toast but are able to finish with one bite of each. It just gets you started on the right foot.

I find this funny because I always make a point to have one bite of everything left over before I completely finish my meals. Isn't life exciting when you do that?

One thing I didn't mention is that I often leave just one bite when I'm eating and then don't finish it. It is in protest of the concept of cleaning your plate. I believe you should eat until you're full, even if you waste a little food. Unless you're that guy who can eat 50 hot dogs in an hour. Then, eat away good friend!
