...and this is my funky bunch. Despite some poor reviews, I plan to partake in the new Mark Wahlberg movie, Rock Star. I think it is going to be a fun time. Any movie about hair bands has to be entertaining.

Last year I thought I saw a lot of cell phones, but now they have invaded the classroom. You don't hear too many ringing, but you do hear a whole lot of the messages coming in and the subsequent "boop boop." It is mostly annoying but partly amusing. I couldn't imagine being the professor when one goes off. I think if I were a prof I would wait til a phone rang for the first time and then insist on answering it. I would instruct the caller to never call "Joe" between 11:00 and 12:15 on tuesday and thursday since he is in an incredibly important class. Not only would it be amusing, but I don't think anyone would let there phone ring from then on.
